SHIPPING INFORMATION
Stitchsanity uses USPS for all shipping purposes. All packages are sent First Class Mail within the United States if it weighs 13 ounces or under. If over 13 ounces, it will be shipped Priority mail.
All international mail is shipped via USPS using First Class International Mail. Stitchsanity cannot be held liable for any additional customs charges that your package may incur. Check with your customs officials to determine whether you will be charged any additional fees.
Shipping and Handling fees include the actual cost of shipping, plus any packaging materials. Your shipping and handling fees may exceed the actual cost of postage.
You may choose insurance on domestic or international mail. Please check the USPS website to ensure that your country is available for insurance. If your country is not listed as available for insurance by the USPS, you will be refunded if you've already purchased this option. Stitchsanity is not obligated to reship, replace, or refund lost or damaged items if you choose not to include insurance.
Once the package is delivered to the post office, we cannot be held liable for shipping times. Delivery times vary greatly depending on the postal service in different countries. Typical delivery time is 3-7 days domestically and 4-10 business days internationally. However, some countries can take up to 2-4 weeks. If you have chosen insurance on your package and have not received your order, we must wait 30 days for a domestic order and 45 days for an international order to file a claim. Claims can take up to 2-3 weeks following this period to process. We will notify you when the claim is processed in order to reship or refund your items.
